As Lizay Jewellery, we take care to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals in the protection and processing of personal data, in particular the privacy of private life regulated under Article 20 of the Constitution and the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). In this framework, we act with this understanding in all our planning and activities in order to be within the limits of the legislation in the legal protection and processing of personal data.

According to KVKK, personal data means any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable. Your personal data processed by LİZAY, the purposes of processing them, the recipient groups to which they can be transferred, the collection method, legal reason and your rights regarding the said personal data are listed below.

For the purposes listed above, your personal data by LİZAY, based on your express consent, or if it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract we have made with you, or provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. will be processed.

4. For what purpose and to whom do we transfer your personal data?

Your personal data can be transferred to the parties, business partners, legally authorized public institutions and individuals, to the relevant banks and payment institutions if you make your payment by credit card, to the judicial authorities or administrative authorities upon request in order to resolve the disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

6. What are your rights arising from the Personal Data Protection Law?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, to the extent that your personal data is processed by LİZAY as a data controller;

- requesting information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;
- learn the purposes of processing your personal data;

If you, as a data owner, submit your applications regarding your above-mentioned rights to LİZAY in writing or by the methods specified in the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller, your requests will be evaluated within 30 (thirty) days from the notification of the application to LİZAY, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK. will be finalized. If your name, surname and application are written in your application, the signature, T.C. identification number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification if any, telephone and fax number and the subject of the request, and information and documents must be attached to the application.
